My wife would like to sell her vegitarian dishes to Hannafords but they require shelf life laboratory testing. Can the VFVC help with that as well as the commercial kitchen usage?

How would I go about having my salsa tested so I can have it co-packed for selling? I’ve been reading so much material on-line that it’s quite confusing. I live in Central NY State, Wayne County, and read that Cornell and UVM work together, so I thought about the Vermont Food Venture as a possible first step for more information, as I can’t seem to find any comparable organizations in NY and Cornell’s website doesn’t give specific information. Also, it’s very hard to read all the FDA Rules out there. Thanks!
